Delicious food, best I've ever eaten. Nice pool & relaxing area. Great location for Sella Ronda slopes. Excellent breakfast, large indoor pool, spacious room, comfortable bed. Convenient minibus to ski lift, tasty afternoon snack, reasonable bar prices. Helpful staff, especially in the restaurant.

Free shuttle bus service and free shuttle service were appreciated. Location within 3 miles of Pordoi Pass. El Pael was 5 mins walk away.

A truly great skiing holiday

I had a truly great skiing holiday at a well-appointed hotel in a great location for skiing the Sella Ronda circuit. The hotel's minibus was always waiting for me, whisking me up to the lift station in just 2 minutes. The food was excellent, with a skiers afternoon buffet waiting for me each day. The comfortable lounge area with a log fire was the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The snow was fantastic and the scenery was stunning. This was by far the best skiing holiday I've had in over 30 years. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable skiing vacation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing in the area, with easy access to the lifts. The food was absolutely delicious and the complementary afternoon tea and pool area were a bonus. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the restaurant staff.

The bathroom needed more shelf space for cosmetics and a cabinet. We also experienced some noisy neighbors during our stay, which affected our sleep.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near the town center but on a quiet street, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and bars. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy with a nice balcony. the bathroom was also clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. the service was good and staff members were helpful and polite, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was impressive and had a lot of variety, with good coffee and hot chocolate. the spa area was a highlight, with a good variety of saunas, showers, and relaxation rooms.

The hotel seemed to be more family-oriented and geared towards children, which made it less relaxing for couples or groups of friends.

The hotel's breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options and was conveniently located near the city center.

On the negative side, the queue for the lift was too long during peak hours. The breakfast vegetable choices were quite limited.

Had a great Christmas ski holiday, in a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Love the location, as it was easy to get to skiing slopes and town center. Enjoyed using the spa and the massages were really relaxing. the daily breakfasts were really good quality with lots of variety, and the mini-bar had affordable drinks.

The hotel is outdated in some parts, with peeling wallpaper and old furnishings. the dinner wasn't always the best quality and the spa could have been open longer.
